We currently have two rooms available in a massive house, only a 15 minute walk from Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters. The postcode is actually N17 6NT, not as stated above.
The house has a kitchen and separate diner, along with a separate living room. There is so much space in the house.
The first room is a very large double room with wall length windows. Would suit a couple or someone that appreciates a lot of space, available for £750 a month.
The second is a small box room that fits a single bed available for only £400 a month.
Both lets include bills and are available until the 1st of April. Short term lets will be considered.
There is currently a couple living in the property, but one of them will be abroad for most of the availability of this flat.
