Good size double in 2 bed flat in great location!

Hi

I'm looking for someone to join me at my flat in Tottenham.

The room is a good size double with bed, shelving unit, built in wardrobe with cupboard and drawers.
The flat has a bathroom with bath & shower, open plan kitchen and dining/front room, a balcony with bbq and good wifi.

The flat is located under 10 mins walk to Tottenham Hale and a few mins to Bruce Grove station and the high road with all of the shops and amenities. It's also very close to a nice local pub with garden (Beehive). Tottenham marshes are a short walk with access to the river. Walthamstow wetlands and Hackney marshes are also easy to reach so loads of green space on the doorstep.

I work in the travel industry organising trips to Antarctica and am pretty chilled. I work from home 2-3 days a week and go into the office the other days. I’d ideally like someone that doesn’t also work from home but not a deal breaker.

I enjoy travel, exploring new places, going to the pub, gigs, clubs and festivals. I also play a bit of footy and have a season ticket for Spurs.

Looking for someone easy going that is clean, tidy and respectful of the flat.
I’m out a fair bit but appreciate time to chill and often cook when I am at home.
