A double room with an amazing view

There is a double room available in our house. It's located in West Green between two parks. It's a lovely room with the best view in the house.
You would be sharing the house only with me (I'm also a tenant). It's a 3 bed house and the spare bedroom has been used to work and exercise. It has been very useful during lockdown. There is also a separate living room and a garden, one bathroom and a separate toilet. The house itself is a bit old fashioned. It has lots of space and storage tho.
It's great value for the price. £500 pcm +bills
It's available from 1st July.

A bit about me:

Paula, 37, Polish from Warsaw, in London for over 12 years
I work in a bronze foundry, I teach sculpture occasionally and have my own art practice.
I love all kinds of music and have my own small collection of vinyl records.

I’m a veggie and I like cooking now and then. I also love a bit of highbrow culture (such as a
classical concert at RFH), but my friends say I’m not a snob.
I'm a regular at London Buddhist Centre. I meditate daily. Meditation and buddhism have become a big part of my life. I love sharing a meal and a laugh.

The room would suit someone who is independent, likes to socialise, but is also mature, clean and responsible.
