Fab house @ seven sisters with garden!

Hi! We have a small double available 12 mins from Seven sisters and 5 mins to Bruce grove stations.
Room is a small double, there’s room for a double bed/ wardrobe/ storage but a desk would be a squeeze (though it has been managed in the past!) so would probably best suit someone who works outside the house (though there’s always the kitchen table). The house is in a great area with excellent transport links, pubs and bars (The beehive, post bar and recently even a fancy cocktail place!) for normal times and close to the river lea, Walthamstow wetlands and TWO decent parks (Downhills and Lordship). It’s a 20 min cycle to Hackney on the cycle super highway and generally in a good location for cycling around north and east London.

House currently consists of 3 girls in our 20s, mix of student and professional. Fans of cooking, having a beer, gardening and creative stuff.

The house house a separate kitchen and living room and a great garden with a bbq and fire pit for summer. Various housemates have grown some great veg in the garden over the years so a green thumb would be dreamy.

Room is available now! Bills will be approx £80 (hopefully less)
