Hello! I am excited to offer the top half of my house to a respectful someone who is looking for their own space.

It is a clean, furnished, newly refurbished bright 1st-floor apartment right next to the station containing:

A large bedroom containing a double bed, wardrobe, side cabinet, lamps and drawers.

A new large kitchen/dining room containing electric fan oven, two ring electric hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, sink and drain, plus a beautiful teak dining table.

A full bathroom suite with bathtub and underfloor heating perfect to keep you toasty in winter.

A small living room (currently arranged as an office). I can add a double sofa if you want also.

The flat is a 30-second walk from White Hart Lane train station and is also a 5 minute walk from Tottenham High Road for all the main buses going down the high street to the city. The W3 Bus also is next to the house connecting to Wood Green and Alexander Palace.

White Hart Lane station is a fast main train line and only 2 stops away from Seven Sisters (Victoria Line 15 mins to city). Also the mainline train goes to Stokey, Hackney, London Fields and Liverpool Street (25mins).

The high street is awash with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and a massive Sainsbury which is only a 5 minute walk away.

The house has its own private gated front driveway/garden which is protected with Ring CCTV security cameras. You can enjoy the sundowners in the front garden with clear sunlight. You can also use one of the drive spaces on the private drive, (on match/event days I will need to use them all for parking).

The house is shared with myself and my 2-year-old daughter who stays with me on the weekends mostly, we live downstairs in our own separate flat. We are both clean and tidy, nice and friendly housemates! Bathtub upstairs is required for the odd baby bath. Need to be mindful of babies and neighbours in regards to noise.

Bruce Castle Park is at the end of the road and is a lovely space to socialise in. Also Stokey is only a few stops away you can get there in 12 minutes on the train.

Rent is £1000 inclusive of council tax (£150), water (£24), (super fast internet £30), TV License (£10). For couples rent is £1150.

Electricity and Gas are on a PAYG meter and will be split 50/50 with me (about 50 quid a month).
