We are looking for a professional to rent a room in our property in Tottenham. We have recently moved out of London for work so our flat is mostly empty, however my parents live in the ground floor flat below, so we would like a mature, respectful individual to rent the room.
It's a double bedroom with new furniture, mattress (not pictured as had not arrived), freshly painted, garden facing so very quiet. An additional bedside locker can be added for a couple - due to increase in bills rent for a couple will be £875.
We are a young family who return to the property every two months or so to visit family or for work commitments. Otherwise you will have the flat to yourself. The two bedrooms on the top floor are family bedrooms.
