Huge loft room with en suite in friendly house

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for an open, clean and respectful working professional of any gender / walk of life to join 3 others in our Tottenham house (Alice, Chris and another Chris). All the housemates are really nice people, have their own lives but enjoy a chat when paths cross.

The house was completely renovated in 2018 and has been well maintained since. It’s bright, airy and the entire ground floor is a communal space so you’re not limited to your room if you don’t want to be, including separate living room, small garden and large kitchen/dining area that has underfloor heating and real quartz stone surfaces in the kitchen.

The room available is a large loft room with big ensuite, so you'd have the bathroom all to yourself and its nice and quiet up there.

All bills are included (internet, utilities, council tax). Cleaner/rota is separate to be managed between housemates. Bed with underneath storage, is included in the room. TBC what might remain from the previous housemate, but if you have your own furniture that's fine too.

Bruce Grove station is a 2 min walk with easy access to east and central London. It's a 5 minute walk to the High Road where you’ll find a great little food market during the week, Asda, Aldi etc.
