Bright double room in Tottenham 2 bed

Hi!

I have a room available in my 2 bed flat in Tottenham. It's a modern block (built in 2020). It feels very safe and secure and I love living here so far! There is a shared roof terrace in the development for use in the summer which I can't wait for, and a park at the end of the street. I've only been in the property for 3 months, so am still adding bits of furniture and artwork here and there.

The property is light and bright, and within a short walk of several local coffee shops and restaurants. There is also a yoga studio a 6 min walk away!

I'd love to find a roommate to share the space either full time or monday to friday for a reduced cost. I'm a friendly, laid back person and am happy to chat and watch TV etc together, but am also often out and about during the week too seeing friends and doing hobbies. Looking for someone who also enjoys a similar balance, and is tidy and respectful of communal space. I generally entertain outside of the house but occasionally have friends/ family over - happy for the same approach! I am 38 and currently work in marketing and am retraining in counselling and psychotherapy. Love yoga, swimming, cinema, theatre, and food :)
