The living space on the top floor consists of two and a half spacious rooms as well as a private bathroom, all newly decorated, above the owners' house. The space is self contained and includes a kitchenette and a washing machine. It would suit singles or a couple.
The owners, a psychotherapist and a journalist/editor, live and wfh on the premises in a large 3 bedroom Victorian house with a garden below.
We are looking for easy-going tenants with a sense of maturity and respect for privacy. The intention is to maintain a homely atmosphere.
We are within 10 to 15 minutes walk to two tube stations and have excellent bus services. This would suit professionals or academics. Wifi and council tax is included in the rent. Street parking.
