We’re looking for a clean, friendly, respectful and quiet professional to join our 3-bed home in Tottenham. This home is best suited to someone who keeps to themselves, values a peaceful environment, and has a similar routine to us.

Available from mid February.

Please note: this is a quiet household with early nights, so it’s not suitable for students or anyone who regularly stays up late.

The Room:
A generous, newly furnished double bedroom including:
• King sized bed & mattress
• Two bedside drawers
• Desk & chair
• Modern clothing rail & drawer

What’s Included:
You’ll have use of the middle floor, which includes:
• Your private double bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen (shared with just one other person)
• Bathroom with washing machine (shared with just one other person)

We (the landlords) live on the ground floor in a separate, semi-private flat and only pass through the middle floor to access the top floor 🙂

House Atmosphere:
This is a very quiet, friendly peaceful home.
• We typically go to bed around 10:30pm
• We’re looking for someone with a similar sleep schedule
• Ideal for a busy professional who works during the day, keeps noise to a minimum, and enjoys a calm living space

• Rent includes all bills, council tax & Wi-Fi
• First month’s rent required upfront
• Single occupancy only
• Professionals preferred (no students)
• Weekdays-only let considered (i. e. Monday–Friday) at a reduced monthly rate
