Penthouse Double En-Suite Available

An incredible room all together, available 1st May.

1 double bed with an en-suite located in the penthouse unit of the building. Good sized room with open plan kitchen/lounge and incredible views.

The room features a large en-suite bathroom , large windows with lots of natural light (& wonderful views) plus a spacious built in wardrobe.

It’s a three bed duplex, so you will be living with myself and my current flatmate.
The place is huge and everyone has a lot of space to themselves!

Lots of local shops / bars / pubs and great access into central (30-40 mins).

You would be living with me and my friend Tom, both extremely friendly lads who like a good mixture of social and calm vibes. We value cleanliness and peacefulness, as well as the great atmosphere we’ve had around the flat.
If you want flatmates that will grab a pint with you after a tough day, take you rock climbing or off to a gig for a bit of a vibe, that’s us. We’re also big on alone time as we get that everyone has lives!

A bit about us:
Elliott
- I’m a Producer in social media and love all things creative. Big fan of rock climbing, nature walks&talks, photography, music, travel and just having a laugh. Love a rum and coke and sunbathing on the balcony in the summer ☀️ Very friendly guy who’s happy to chat about anything. I work from home 2 days a week and head out to office/shoots fairly frequently.

Tom
- A dentist with a love for music, gigs & painting. Has tons of unreal artwork that he’s made himself displayed in his room. Loves a social event as well as chill time. Big on the gym and dental hygiene 🦷🪥 Works 4 days a week at his practise. A great guy all around.
