Lovely spacious room to rent in friendly house.

The house:
Homely two bedroom house with a separate living room, kitchen diner leading out to the garden patio and bathroom with spacious and powerful! shower.

My brother and I bought this house, he is living with his boyfriend separately and I am living here. This is a friendly space, not a party house. Looking for someone to continue to make this house a home.

Location is super convenient:
0-5minutes walk to Bruce Grove station where you can get the Weaver line to Seven Sisters and all the way down east to Hackney and Liverpool Street. Also 20minutes walk away from Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale station.

A big Aldi and gym are 2 minutes walk away. For nature, Tottenham marshes and Bruce Castle Park are about 15minutes walk away. We are close to many local pubs like The Victoria, The Beehive and The Bluecoats Pub.

About me:
I am a support worker working for a homeless charity. I love cooking, going to the cinema, life drawing (at The Beehive) have started a book club in the area and we meet at the Salisbury Pub on Green lanes (also near the house). I plan to start climbing at Tottenham climbing centre soon. I also love going to pubs and having a boogie.

Really love nature so living close to Tottenham marshes and the canal is super lovely.
