Our flatmate is leaving, and we are looking for a new housemate to join our welcoming and easy-going home. We have a bright and spacious room available (first floor, facing the garden) in our well-maintained three double-bedroom house with a large garden.

One-year contract starting on 1 July
Rent: £766.66 per month
Bills: Approximately £120–£130 per month

A bright and generously sized room on the first floor, with a large window overlooking the garden. The space is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing after a long day.

We are friendly Spanish and Portuguese professionals with busy schedules. We enjoy cooking, occasional socialising, and spending time in the garden, while also respecting each other’s space.
