The Double room is very large and could be considered a triple. There is currently 2 wardrobes, a Chester Drawer and a desk. Would easily suit someone with lots of belongings and can be reconfigured to suit your needs.

The single room can fit a double bed but currently has a single bed.

The house in general: - There is a separate living room and access to a garden which we never use but is clean. The kitchen is also separate as well as the toilet separate from the bathroom.

This is a well settled house. We all work different shifts so sometimes its hard to believe there are other people in the house as often we don't cross paths for long periods. I personally work in Liverpool sometimes so I see the house mates the least.

The price includes all bills including broadband. There is an option to add cable TV to your room; this can be discussed.

As for the area, it is right around the corner from a very large new Sainsburys. The house is in a regeneration area so there are constantly changes. There is a park around the corner as well as access to a number of stations as well as Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale and White Heart Lane five minutes walk. We are right next to the new Tottenham Hotspurs stadium.
