We are currently a couple renting the room, living with two friendly and respectful flat mates. The time has come for us to leave as we are moving out of London.

We know how hard it is to find spacious accommodation as a couple in London - this is not to be missed! If you are a single tenant then you will have EVEN MORE space! We have comfortably been able to have a bed, sofa, clothes storage and dining table with chairs, 40" TV and still have plenty of room. There are two alcoves, perfect to maximise storage space and a large window for plenty of light.
There is also excellent fibre optic broadband and a TV point in the room.

AMENITIES:

0 - 5 minutes on foot = Aldi, EasyGym, Bruce Grove Station, several buses (stops right outside), Newsagents, Sainsbury's local.

5 - 10 minutes by bus/car = Seven Sister's underground, Sainsbury's Superstore, Tesco Extra, Tottenham Hale Retail Park.

Just a short walk along the road to many cafes, Doctor's surgeries, chemists etc.

Our flatmates would love to meet you when you come for a viewing - we are free evenings and weekends. Move in date is 15th June (or slightly earlier).
