I have a double room available in this lovely house and a regular cleaner for the communal areas. There is a lounge area with large flat screen TV and a really good internet connection. Just had the WiFi router upgraded with Virgin Media.

The kitchen has two fridges and lots of cabinet space. Kitchen leads into the garden which is nice and sunny and a good place for a BBQ or just to sit out in the summer evenings.

The room is fully furnished, double bed, desk and swivel chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers with a nice big window to air the room.

Commute to the City/West End is about 25 mins via Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) or Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line). There are also plenty of buses to choose from.

The nearest park is Downhills Park, which is less than 5 mins walk - good for tennis, football, rugby, picnics and there is a lovely café in the park which makes a good cappuccino and has a variety of pastries.
