I am the landlord but I living in Australia for the indefinite future.

- incredibly spacious - 1199 sq feet, and the ground floor ceiling is 16 feet high!
- has a private patio which is south facing, drenched in sunshine, and after a lot of TLC from yours truly, it is becoming a charming little oasis

- furnished with a double bed frame, memory foam mattress and a chest of drawers, and a built in wardrobe
- direct access to the flats private balcony

THE LOCATION
- Seven Sisters is undoubtedly the next Dalston in terms of gentrification
- Incredibly diverse, lively part of Tottenham full of Latino, Turkish and Caribbean eateries
- 10 mins walk to Seven Sisters tube, and from here, Oxford Circus is only 13 mins away via the Victoria line
- 11 mins walk to Tottenham Hale, where you can get to Stansted Airport in 40 mins
- 5 mins walk to Bruce Grove Overground station, where you can get to Liverpool St in 20 mins.

The ideal person/s would be considerate, creative and looking for a home rather than a crash pad. Other Weirdos are particularly welcome.

The flat is huge and bedrooms are huge, so couples are most definitely welcome.
