A beautiful recently renovated 4 bedroom house with garden, 10 minutes walk to seven sisters underground station and 5 minutes from Bruce Grove overground station.

The house has a large kitchen/dining area great for dinner parties and entertaining. Separate living room with large T. V, Netflix available. Two bathrooms, one large bathroom with bath/shower and a second shower room.

The first double room available has a bay window so lots of natural light, decent size with enough room for chest of draws and wardrobe or rail - plenty of space to make the room your own.

The second room available is also a double room with lots of natural light. There are in built drawers and space for a wardrobe and rail. As this room is a little bit smaller than the other rooms in the house, it comes with a box room. The current tenant uses this room as a walk in wardrobe/office.

There’s a lesuire centre / gym at the end of the road with plenty of shops including a large Tesco / Aldi both within 10 minutes walk. Along with lots of grocery stores and newsagents open till late. Coffee shop at the end of the road serving breakfast and lunch with Blighty and other restaurants near by serving a selection of different cuisines. Great transport links to pretty much any where in London with lots of bus routes, over grounds and being on the Victoria line which is 24 hour.

Current house mates are all young professionals all working full time. We enjoy cooking and socialising together and having people over but it’s not a party house.

Ideally we want someone with similar interests, we don’t have a preference on gender or age it would just be nice if the new tenant fit in with the group.
