I have 2 x bedrooms available for short term rent, from 15th September, within a beautiful Victorian property with garden, 10 minute walk from Tottenham Hale tube.

I am flexible on dates and open to extending to longer term house share for the right match.

This is a 2 bedroom house, set on 2 floors, in great structural and decorative conditions. Ideal for someone who leads a healthy and dynamic lifestyle and is looking for a place to call home.

Huge, open lounge, dining area and kitchen, overlooking the garden. Upstairs there's a large bathroom with bath tub and 2 bedrooms. Please see the pictures - bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, fully furnished. Bedroom 2 is a smaller bedroom, still with double bed and storage space. There is a cupboard just outside of the bedroom for hanging your clothes.

Bedroom 1 is £1100 pm , plus bills
Bedroom 2 is £850 pm plus bills

I am renting ONE bedroom only, the choice is yours. I will store my belongings in the other room and you will have the whole place to yourself for the month of August.

From September onwards, you would share with me, a professional circus performer and fitness coach, in my early 40s, originally from Italy. I am away a lot and you would have the place to yourself often.

This is my house, no agents/subletting. I'm looking for professionals, house trained, open minded and respectful adults. Cleanliness and respect for each other's time and space is non negotiable. References required. I will consider couples for short term but ideally I will share with just one other person.

All bills excluded. Council Tax band C (roughly £150 pm)
