Short term rent, from 1st December to 1st May, roughly, within a beautiful Victorian property with garden, 10 minute walk from Tottenham Hale tube.

I am flexible on dates and open to extending to longer term rental for the right match.

This is a 2 bedroom house, set on 2 floors, in great structural and decorative conditions and fully furnished. Ideal for someone who leads a healthy and dynamic lifestyle and is looking for a place to call home.

Huge, open lounge, dining area and kitchen, overlooking the garden. Upstairs there's a large bathroom with bath tub and 2 bedrooms. Please see the pictures - I am renting Bedroom 1 only.

You would have the place to yourself mostly, as I will be away. I will lock the smaller bedroom and keep my belongings in it.

This is my house, no agents/subletting. I'm looking for professionals, house trained, open minded and respectful adults. Cleanliness and respect for each other's time and space is non negotiable. References required.
All bills excluded. Council Tax band C (roughly £150 pm)
