I am a UCL student and will be moving out of this accommodation in May. Therefore, I am looking for a replacement tenant to replace my contract until it ends, in August.
Room is ensuite, with Unite Students, 157pw. Flatmates are all really nice and friendly. All amenities (including fast Wi-Fi, are included. The kitchen is big and very spacious, with 2 fridge+freezer units, 8 hobs in total and 2 ovens.
The accommodation is within a 10 minute walk of a gym, a Tesco and a retail park with a Lidl, Argos, Boots, KFC etc. , as well as being within a 5 minute walk of both the Tottenham Hale tube station and bus stations. The accommodation is also within a residential park that is kept clean and managed by the park staff.
Please note that you have to be a student in full-time education.
