Single Room 2-3 nights per wk - close to Vic Line

This is not a full week letting, just part time mid week for 2-3 nights max.

Single room available for 2 or 3 nights per week (at different costs), weekdays only and single occupancy.
£400 is for 2 nights per week.
£570 for 3 nights per week.

5 mins walk from Tottenham Hale tube and train station (Victoria line) - very quick to get into central London, Liverpool st or Stratford.
Room with wardrobe, single bed and desk.
Clean bedding and towels provided each week.
Also use of own personal 'living room/area' in evenings (I use this as an office in the day, but its free for use in the evenings for relaxing and has sofa/Tv).
Shared kitchen/bathroom, in bright and airy flat.

Looking for a clean, tidy, considerate, professional lodger who will not need to work from the flat - ideal for someone working Hybrid in London.
Non smoker, and someone who doesn't mind not cooking meat (I'm vegetarian/pescatarian).
Bills included, inc wifi (not inc council tax - this should be paid elsewhere/your permanent residence)
This is my home, I mainly work from home in the week, I work in fashion. I generally chill out and relax in the evenings, and love an early night!
I like running, yoga, and am quite creative.

I have 2 indoor bengal cats - they are curious but very friendly.
