Room for rent in Tottenham Hale

Hey, I am Henry! My flatmate is moving in with his partner in early December and I am looking for someone to replace him.

The flat is 2 bed, 2 bathroom and super close to Tottenham hale station (5 minute walk). I need to confirm whether or not I am staying in the flat with the landlord by early November, so looking to get someone sorted sooner rather than later. Contract will be 1 year (with a 6 month break clause).

I am a pretty relaxed person in general. I am generally out in the evenings (often at the bouldering gym or at the pub) and have a habit of getting out of London on the weekends (generally hiking). I am pretty easy to live with (in my humble opinion) and am clean and respectful. I work in Westminster, but WFH a 2 to 3 days per week. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, has their own life, but is also looking to spend time together in the flat (or even be friends outside the flat too!!!)

Published rent is without bills (which comes to about £150ish per month) for the bigger of the two rooms. Happy to have a discussion on rent If you want to take the smaller room (which I am currently in). If you are interested in seeing the flat or have any questions then do reach out!
