Hi, I’m currently living in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat at Ferry Island North Apartments in Tottenham Hale, and my flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take the second ensuite room.

The flat is on the 13th floor and has a really open, calm feel with great natural light and beautiful London skyline views from the balcony, especially in the evenings. The available room has its own private bathroom just outside the bedroom.

The flat itself is genuinely a step above most London rentals. It has a very modern, high-end feel throughout with luxurious finishes, loads of built-in storage, and quality furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and integrated appliances.

I’m 23 and work in tech. Outside work I play tennis and football, like going on hikes, and also enjoy quieter things like cafés, cinemas and pubs. I like having a home that feels comfortable and relaxed, somewhere you can properly switch off after work rather than just a box room for sleeping.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, clean and respectful of shared space. Would be great to live with someone with similar interests. Happy to have the occasional shared meal, explore the area, or battle out a friendly tennis match, while also giving each other space and privacy.
