I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room for the summer while I’m away. The tenancy transfer can be arranged officially with the accommodation team, so everything is safe and straightforward.

The room is fully furnished, modern, bright and very comfortable. It has a private ensuite bathroom and access to a shared kitchen with full facilities.

The flat has around 10 ensuite rooms in total, but everyone is respectful and quiet, so it’s a peaceful environment and great for studying or relaxing.

Location is super convenient:• 5–6 min walk to Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line)
• Around 15 min to UCL East
• Around 20 min to UCL Main Campus
• Lidl, Tesco, Asda, Iceland and many other shops nearby

The building also has friendly on-site staff and a shared outdoor seating area for residents.
