Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at North Lodge (Unite Students) from 15 July to 13 September 2026.

The room is a fully furnished (A small double bed, a study table and plenty of storage space included) en-suite double with a private bathroom. The room is a Large High Double Ensuite on the 8th floor with great views. You'll share a kitchen with 9 friendly flatmates. All bills are included in the rent — electricity, heating, gas, water and Wi-Fi.

The building has on-site laundry, a communal study space, 24/7 staff, secure access, CCTV and contents insurance included.

Tottenham Hale tube station is a 5-minute walk away (Victoria line). Tesco Express and Asda are a 3-minute walk away, and there's a retail park with Lidl, B&M, Iceland and more just 6 minutes walk away.

*Important:* This is a tenancy transfer, not a sublet.
The successful person will need to be approved by and sign a new tenancy agreement directly with Unite Students. Please only enquire if you are a student and comfortable with this process.
