We have two rooms available for individual occupancy in our lovely, clean and welcoming flat — one double room and one single room.

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing and considerate people who are clean, respectful and value privacy. We have a relaxed, family-like atmosphere at home. We enjoy having a chat and occasionally spending time together in the communal areas, while also respecting each other’s personal space and routines.

* Shared bathroom between the two rooms
* Bathroom cleaning is done on a rotational basis
* Rent includes council tax
* Other household bills are shared equally between tenants and are usually £100 or less per month

The property is just a few minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale Tube Station and National Rail, with excellent transport connections via numerous bus routes.

The location is ideal for commuters, with easy access to Central London and surrounding areas.
