Spacious double in 3-bed terraced house w garden

I’m looking for a mature and responsible person to take up the master bedroom (solo occupancy, no couples) in my 3-bedroom house, someone who’s looking for a long term home and who would be happy to take care of the property as if it were their own during times that I’m away.

The master bedroom is quite spacious and measures approx. 16 sqm. It’s located at the front of the house and gets a lot of sunshine in the mornings. It’s furnished with a king size bed with recently new mattress, a huge built-in wardrobe (6 doors) providing lots of storage space, and a desk with chair.

The house is incredibly homely with a comfortable lounge/dining area. There’s also a piano, so bonus points if you know how to play!
The kitchen is fully equipped, inc. a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.
There's also a nice little garden with a hammock and a some plants that need basic attention, so ideally you enjoy a little bit of gardening.
Note that this a strictly no-smoking property and smoking is also not allowed in the garden.
You’ll be sharing with myself and one other person (female). We are both in our 40s and very laidback, and we’d like our new housemate to also be easygoing and stress free.

I’m the tenant of the house and will be your live-in landlord.
I am self employed and wfh 100%. However, since I can work from anywhere I am away frequently (for both short and long periods).
The other person works as a flight attendant on long haul flights.

The rent includes bills (council tax, water, gas and electricity) and broadband internet is available at no extra charge.

The arrangement will be a formal lodger agreement with your deposit being held in a recognised protection scheme.

The bedroom is available from late September, but there is some flexibility on the move-in date.

The nearest stations are Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line and train) and Bruce Grove (Weaver). Both are about a 10 minute walk from the house.
From Tottenham Hale it’s quick and easy to get into Central London or to Stratford.
