We are all very social people, we all love a nice night in and a good night out, we like to cook and are looking for someone who wants to be social and keep the house loved and clean with us!
We are queer so you must be good with that, but other than that we just want someone normal who's going to be friendly, clean and respectful!
The rent is £3100 total for the house (including council tax and water bills) and we are yet to work out the bills as we just moved in last week but EST to be around 50-100 per person depending on season. The house has a large kitchen with seating, a garden with furniture and living room with a TV (and communal Wii console for mario kart haha). The room photographer would be your room! It's a garage room with an ensuite shower and basin, a desk and double bed with SO MUCH STORAGE!
