THE ROOM:
Very large and light double room (14 sq M). Located on the ground floor with Bay windows. Furnished with a double bed, one wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a side-table.
Study corner with desk and chair.

THE HOUSE & HOUSEMATES:
This is a friendly and welcoming house, but very quiet. All the housemates are considerate and respectful professionals. They are looking for someone similar. The house is not a party house.
The Landlady operates 100% legally and provide a prompt maintenance service when needed.

- Good well-equipped kitchen with 2 Fridge-freezers and a washing machine;
- Two bathrooms: one upstairs and one shower room downstairs.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
Gas, electricity, water, Council tax, Broadband.
Also included: the services of cleaning lady coming generally once a week.
