Looking for someone to take a room in a spacious four person house share in Tottenham. The house is in Rosebery Avenue, Tottenham, N17. It's a big lovely house, walking distance to Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line) and Bruce Grove (Weaver line).

Room:
- 808.33 per month (water, internet & council tax incl) - plus gas and elec (rent is confirmed capped until 2028)
- small double
- comes with double bed, wardrobe & desk
-includes a large balcony overlooking a park - mostly yours, housemates use occasionally
-dates: 20th October - indefinitely

The house:
- crazy huge! large living & dining room, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms and our own baby grand piano
-spacious garden area with back gate adjacent to family-friendly park
- well maintained (we have a cleaning rota)
- well connected: Tottenham Hale Station (13 min walk) - Bruce Grove OG (8 min walk)
- quiet, residential area, close to Tottenham marshes
-the landlord is currently planning on renovating an existing spare room, so at some point the house will add another person (this may happen in a few months, or may take a little longer)
