I’m looking for a lodger to join me in my modern, spacious 3-bedroom flat in Tottenham.

The flat was built just 5 years ago and has everything you could need for comfortable living, including a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, two south-facing balconies, a utility room, and a secure communal entrance with two security doors and lift access.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with:

Comfortable bed and mattress

Large wardrobe

Office desk — ideal if you work from home

Depending on the room, either a private balcony or access to a shared balcony, which also leads directly from the living room

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

And for those all-important evenings on the sofa, there’s a very comfortable reclining sofa and 65" TV — perfect for a chilled Sunday or post-work Netflix session!

For everyday essentials, Tottenham Retail Park is around a 10-minute walk away, with Lidl, Iceland Warehouse, Currys and Asda Home. Tottenham High Road is also about a 10-minute walk, with Aldi, Asda, restaurants, pubs and plenty of other shops.

🌿 Nature & fitness
One of my favourite things about the flat is the location for getting outside. Tottenham Wetlands and the River Lee are just a 2-minute walk away, making it really easy to get out for a morning walk, some fresh air or just a change of scenery.

There are also several gyms within walking distance, including The Gym Group, Anytime Fitness and Bodyworks.

I’m Max. I travel quite a lot for work and am often out seeing friends or family, so I’m not always around the flat.

I’m pretty chilled and easy-going. I’m happy to socialise and have a drink or watch something together, but I also really value personal space and appreciate that everyone has their own routine.

I’m looking for someone who is similarly relaxed, respectful and tidy, and who would enjoy making the flat feel like a nice home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

💷 Rent includes all bills.
