The room is partly furnished, and you’ll have access to a shared kitchen and living room. As it’s a 2-bed flat, you’ll be living with just me, so it’s a nice balance between having your own space and having someone around to share a chat, dinner or a glass of wine with.

A little about me: I’m 32 and work in media. I’m friendly, sociable and enjoy having a nice home to come back to, but I also value privacy and a peaceful living environment. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, and ideally someone who wants more of a friendly flatmate situation rather than simply sharing a space.
