I'm looking for someone to rent my double room in a modern two-bedroom apartment in Tottenham Hale while I'm away travelling from mid-December until late April, with some flexibility around dates.

The flat is on the 20th floor, with fantastic views across Tottenham Marshes and the London skyline. It's a great place to live, with plenty of natural light, a balcony and access to a communal sky garden within the building.

ROOM AND FLAT
The room is a comfortable double, and you'll have sole use of the main bathroom, which has both a bath and a shower. My flatmate has his own ensuite, so you won't need to share your bathroom.

The flat has a modern kitchen and living area, plus a balcony where you can enjoy the views. The flat is fully furnished and the bedroom can be left furnished too. There's also two monitors that can be left in the bedroom. Its a great work from home setup. The building also has a 24-hour concierge and a communal sky garden.

FLATMATE
You'll be sharing with my current flatmate, a 28-year-old working professional. He's really into running and sport, enjoys a few drinks at the weekend and is sociable and easygoing.

Ideally, we're looking for another young professional who enjoys an active and sociable lifestyle, although we're open to anyone who's a good fit.

LOCATION
Just a one-minute walk from Tottenham Hale station, with excellent connections across London via the Victoria line and National Rail. There are also shops, gyms and cafés nearby, as well as Tottenham Marshes on the doorstep for running and getting outdoors.

AVAILABILITY
The room will be available from mid-December until late April, with some flexibility around the exact dates.

I'm looking for someone who wants a comfortable, modern place to live for a few months and will take good care of the room and flat while I'm away.
