A high-quality double room available in our exceptional top-floor apartment in Tottenham Hale, ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable, quiet and well-connected London base.

The apartment is approximately 85 sqm / 915 sq ft, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous 2.9m ceiling heights, concierge service, balcony and impressive open views across the Lee Valley towards Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The available bedroom is a proper double room, approximately 3.6m x 3.3m, with access to the spacious shared living area, an own bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

We, an easy-going, friendly and respectful Norwegian-German couple in their best fifties, are the owners and keep the larger bedroom for our own use. We normally stay in the apartment around one weekend per month, with a few occasional exceptions per year, so most of the time you would enjoy considerably more privacy and space than in a typical flatshare.

The apartment is modern, spacious and very well maintained, and we would like to keep it that way. This is intended to remain a high-quality home rather than a busy conventional flatshare.

Who we're looking for

Ideally one professional who is tidy, considerate and appreciates a quiet, well-kept home.

A Monday-Friday professional commuter would be particularly welcome, although we are also happy to consider full-time arrangements for the right person.
