Room Available near Tottenham Hale Station!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our modern 3-bed flat in N17, available January 2027!

Double bedroom in a 9th-floor flat with a huge balcony. Just a 5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale Station – Underground (Victoria Line, 10 mins to King’s Cross) and train station (15 mins to Liverpool Street; direct trains to Stansted Airport).

Amazing location with everything on your doorstep! Less than a 10-minute walk to the retail park, with Asda, Lidl, B&M, Boots, New Look, JD, Iceland, B&Q, Greggs and Poundland.

There’s also a lovely pastry/bakery stall right outside the flat every Saturday, plus different food stalls every Thursday and Friday, which is perfect for picking up a treat or trying something different each week!

Free building amenities: 24/7 gym, co-working space, yoga studio and regular resident events, including parties, movie nights, pub quizzes, book clubs and fitness classes.

A little about the flat and us:

The flat is spacious enough to comfortably host gatherings of around 15–20 people. We occasionally have friends over for birthdays and special occasions, so we're definitely not against having a social home! We’re always considerate of our housemates, though, and make sure to communicate and schedule gatherings respectfully while being mindful of noise.

If you’d like to have friends over or organise a get-together yourself, just give us a heads-up beforehand. We're more than happy to give you the space and make ourselves scarce so you can enjoy your time with your guests!

You’ll be sharing with two NHS nurses (we usually work from home on Wednesdays).

What we value in a flatmate:

As we both have quite demanding and sometimes stressful jobs, home is our place to unwind and recharge. We really value a peaceful, comfortable and clean living environment, so we'd love someone who shares the same mindset.

In particular, we appreciate everyone:

Keeping the kitchen clean and washing dishes, pots and pans properly after use, especially if we're sharing kitchenware.
Doing their bit to keep communal areas tidy and clean.
Being considerate of one another and respecting everyone's space and downtime.

Nothing unreasonable – just the usual give-and-take that makes living together enjoyable for everyone! 😊

Rent: £1,139/month + approximately £160–£170/month in bills.
