Looking for a friendly flatmate - Tottenham Hale

We're looking for a new flatmate to take over from our lovely friend who's moving out!

Our flat is in a really handy spot, just 2 minutes from Tottenham Hale station. It has great views, a balcony, and a gym in the building.

There's always something going on locally, with plenty of shops nearby and a big retail park just around the corner for everything you need.

We have two room options:
A smaller room, £1250 per month
An en suite room, £1450 per month

You'll be sharing the flat with myself and Josh. We're both friendly young professionals who love hanging out, whether that's a chat in the kitchen, a film night or heading out locally.

We'd love someone who's nice, friendly and open to spending time together, while still respecting everyone's space.
