I have a nice clean double room available in a split-level flat. I recently bought the flat and have been refurbishing it. This room was completely redone so it is in great condition. It is perfectly positioned, as in very close to the station. The address is N17 9PA and the flat is only 2-minute walk from Tottenham Hale station, so it has excellent transport links. The kitchen has just been completed. So, if you are looking for a spacious new room with a new kitchen to go with that then this is the place for you.

My preference is to have a single person take the room as I will not rent it out to a couple. There happens to be currently 3 females and 1 male tenant. One room has its own shower and then there is a full bathroom and shower on the top floor and another shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. So, two toilets and 3 showers in total. The room also has a TV in it.

There are 2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine and a clothes drier in the flat. The price is £650 includes some of the bills. Except gas and electricity, these bills you share equally amongst all in the house when they arrive.
