Room in beautiful flat overlooking the River Lea

One room is now available to share my much loved bright, modern and cosy 2 bed flat, 5 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale Station.

Me

I'm 37, easy-going and laid back. I’m also the live in landlord.

I've lots of interests from swimming, eating out with friends and generally being active.

At home I like to relax, enjoy cooking and watch a bit of TV. Occasionally I'll have a friend over for dinner.

I work partly remote with a couple of days in the office a week.

Area

Tottenham Hale is experiencing a big regeneration with lots of new developments in the area. Walthamstow similarly in a phase of redevelopment is a short walk.

We have Tesco's (5 mins), a spacious and nice gym (5 mins), a climbing centre (5 mins), yoga studio (15 mins) some interesting food spots and several independent breweries all walkable. We also have my personal favorite, the Walthamstow Wetlands a couple of minutes walk to get away from it all.

The station is 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Victoria Line & Overground

The Flat

I had the full flat refurbished and modernised 5-6 years ago to make it bright and airy throughout. I like to take care of it and unleash my inner interior designer from time to time to make it the home it is.

The double bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe and full length mirror, bedside table and a comfy double bed. The shared kitchen and living room and awesome balcony all overlook the River Lea and are without doubt the best features of the flat with lots of wildlife and passing barges.
