Underfloor heating with digital setup. close to the bathroom(only share with another (1-2) . The house has 2 tiled modern bathrooms. Any extra furniture you need or changes can be discussed. It has a good, bright window. All my tenants are professionals, most of them work in central London, they love the house very much and have stayed for a long time. At the moment is very quiet. This house has been renovated to a very high standard, including full house insulation, underfloor heating throughout the house, studio-grade soundproofed walls & floors, double glazing, secure steel front door, smartphone-connected wifi video intercom with night vision and motion sensors, luxurious modern full tiles bathrooms, modern kitchen/diner with ample of storage and a lounge with leather sofa with electronically controlled reclining seats. 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms. 1 living room with TV Netflix and a nice kitchen and a dining room.
