Large double room on the first floor of a beautiful and spacious house, £750 per month (bills included) for single occupant – Available from May. All bills are included in the rent. Wifi. The room is in a beautiful 4-bedroom semi-detached house in Totteridge, with a large garden and lots of space to enjoy. The room is carpeted. It has a bed, a lamp, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a chair and a desk. There is a separate toilet and 1 bathroom which are shared with 2 other people. You are welcome to use the garden, dining room, laundry room and kitchen. Totteridge is a quiet area with friendly neighbours and our home is kept very clean and tidy. There is free street parking. It is a non-smoking house.
The household is professional and friendly. We expect to find someone who is respectful, tidy and quiet and is happy to share a beautiful home. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome children or pets at the moment.

We are close to country walks and 10 minutes’ walk from Totteridge and Whetstone tube station (Northern Line). It takes about 25-30 mins into the centre of London, direct. There are also plenty of regular bus services available. Bus Routes: 125, 251, 234, 263, 34, (326- 4 mins walk). Easy access by car to M1, M25 and North Circular (5 mins).
