Hello there! We are a friendly, professional couple who are proud to own a beautiful, spacious Edwardian house, and we are looking for a respectful working professional to fill our spacious spare double bedroom. We are clean, tidy, and welcoming people who are also members of the LGBTQ+ and Jewish community.
Your Space:
You’ll be moving into a bright, spacious double bedroom filled with natural light from a stunning bay window and framed by elegant high ceilings. Your room is a private and lockable. To make your move completely stress-free, it can come fully furnished with everything you need—a comfy double bed, fresh bedding and towels, a desk for work or study, lamps, a cosy rug, and a clothes rail. Or if you prefer your own things, we are just as happy to offer it part-furnished.
The House & Garden:
Beyond your room, you’ll have full shared access to our spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a separate dining room. You'll also have access to our beautiful garden—complete with outdoor tables and chairs, it’s the absolute perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after a busy day.
The Location:
If you commute or love exploring London, you couldn't ask for a better spot. The tube is literally a 1-minute walk from Totteridge & Whetstone Station (Northern Line, Zone 4). You can easily get to King’s Cross, Euston, or Leicester Square, all in under 30 minutes! The local high street is just a 4-minute stroll away and has a vibrant collection of great cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, alongside supermarkets, pharmacies, and tech shops. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. And if you like a the outdoors, there are a variety of parks, open fields and public footpaths surrounding the property.
The Details:
Rent: £950 per calendar month, all bills included for total peace of mind.
Duration: We’re looking for someone for a minimum of 3 months and up to 12 months. After the initial 3 months, we’re happy to move to a flexible, rolling monthly contract (with 1 month's notice on either side).
Our Ideal Housemate: A clean, respectful working professional who doesn't smoke and doesn't have pets.
