Double room near Tower Bridge

Hi !
We are two professionals looking for a new male housemate.
The house has two floors: downstairs, there is a fully furnished kitchen and a large living room with access to the courtyard.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the main bathroom (additional toilet downstairs). There are also storage spaces on both floors.
The room to rent is large size with windows looking out a quiet area with trees (no cars circulate there) and it comes fully furnished (bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, standing lamp, and two shelf units).
Walking home from Tower Hill (the nearest tube station) will take you 10 minutes and you'll enjoy a gorgeous view on the Tower of London and the Shard passing by the lovely St Katharine's docks area. The total with bills included is £1023. The cleaner comes every couple of weeks (depending on availability), cleans the common areas and it is £10 each. But we always clean after ourselves and expect the new tenant to do the same.
We're looking for a long term housemate, who is respectful, clean and likes to socialise from time to time.
