Sunny double room in fun and friendly house

Hi guys,

I have this lovely double room up for grabs in our house,

TL: DR: friendly housemates, sunny double room, extra storage in garage and we have a garden.

Cleanliness is super important to us and we are looking for someone to move in by mid July at the latest and who is a working professional..

First let me tell you about the us your new housemates as we would like this to be a home not just a houseshare.

Myself, Safia - I'm outgoing and friendly, always on the go, love a good games night or movie night, I work in West London and volunteer at my local church :) We have bible study every Wednesday at the house for two hours and you're always welcome to join.

Carmen - Recently moved to London from Germany, works just down the road and mostly in the office, as she's new to London she likes going out to explore.

Laura - Recently moved to London from New Zealand, also works nearby and likes socialising and exploring new places in London.

Pickle - He is our fur baby (short haired tabbycat), he is 1.5 years also, very sweet and chilled, everyone who meets him, loves him.

The three of us get along really well, it's a mix of having personal space but also being up for hanging out watching a movie, having dinner, playing games, going out exploring so you'll really be living in a home rather than just another house share etc.

Now on to our home:

The house is a 4 storey property, the entrance and garage is on the ground floor, the open plan living space is on the first floor along with the garden (as it's raised at the back of the house). Next is the second floor which has your room and the WC and bathroom (you share the bathroom and WC with Carmen and Laura) and Carmen's room. Finally on the third floor there's Laura's room and my room (I have my own ensuite).

Council Tax band is a E and all bills will be approximately £120-£150 each month (depending on how cold it is ie summer vs winter) and this includes a cleaner every week.

The room itself is at the back of the house but it's a quiet cul-de-sac so it won't be noisy. The room has 2 built in wardrobes, a double bed, a chest of drawers and a desk and chair, with some more space for you to bring your own furniture in.

As the live in landlord I am looking for a friendly, sociable, working professional who is female and is looking for a nice home not just a house share.
