Looking for a student to take over my Diamond En-suite tenancy at Chapter London Bridge from around or after 5th May 2027 (exact date available on request). The en-suite only has 2 bedrooms so you will only be sharing with one other person(there is currently no one)

- Currently no flatmate - kitchen and living room all to yourselt!
- Excellent location near London Bridge Station, Borough Market, supermarkets, major clubs, tourist attractions and restaurants
- Great amenities, social events and access to other Chapter residences(chapter hosts several events)
- chapter london bridge has a rooftop bar and restraunt, cinema room, rooftop gym, studio room, meeting rooms, several study spaces and a lot more
- Ideal for students on summer internships, placements, summer schools or other short-term stays

The original tenancy is 44 weeks, and I'll be leaving the country around weeks 34-35, so I'm looking for someone to take over the remaining period. I am willing to be pay the replacement fee.
