Double room in Maisonette in St Katharine Docks

Double room with view of the docks available for short term let until January, with a possibility to extend.

A bit about the area: Located in St Katharine Docks the flat is super central, with 7 mins walk to Tower Hill underground, and 15mins walk to London Bridge or Bank. Though it's so central it's really residential and peaceful.

The flat itself: It's a bright masionette with tonnes of natural light. Spacious living areas and outdoor space are downstairs and bedrooms and shared bathroom (split into separate rooms, WC and shower) upstairs. There's a big fridge, washing machine, gas hob and oven, all the kitchen equipment you would need. The room itself has a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and mirror so no need to furnish.

You'll be staying with the lovely Celeste, who is from Australia and an Auditor at Ticketmaster (she sometimes has spare free tickets to go to gigs) She loves sports/swimming, city strolls and finding nice bookshops or coffee places.

Bills come to around £140 a month.
