A really stunning home and location in the centre of London, with easy walking distance to City, Aldgate and London Bridge. Great transport access to all areas of London and 5 mins to a great Waitrose.

The apartment is warm and comfortable, with central heating, good wifi, sunny and full of light. It has a large living/kitchen space with high ceilings, original steel features, beautiful wooden floors, a large opening roof hatch to take in the summer. Kitchen includes a good gas cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave and fast wifi internet.

The room is small, but cosy, clothes hangers, storage shelves and under bed storage, wifi and office space. There is additional storage space in the living room. There is a nice tiled bathroom next to the bedroom. The mooring is gated and extremely safe. From the deck you can take in the fabulous views of Tower Bridge, the central London skyline, the comings and goings of ships, and the eight meter rise and fall of the river Thames tide. The surrounding mooring consist of approx 20 houseboats housing a community of about 50 residents. It is an extremely well functioning mooring, with a mooring manager and lovely local residents. A really unique place to live in central London.

The area is a really nice, historic part of London, safe neighbourhood, incredibly lovely boat neighbours, old riverside pubs, parks, village atmosphere and perfect for running along the Thames path. Waitrose and the nearest sport centre are a 5 minute walk. Bus stop outside or 15 minutes walk to City, Tower Hill, bus or Wapping overground Tube.
