Small Double Room in Cambridge Heath

Looking for a fellow queer person to take over my room as after 4 years in the flat I am moving in with my girlfriend :)

About the flat:

Located close to both Hoxton and Cambridge Heath overground and Bethnal Green underground. Rent is £585 and bills come to +/- £90 pcm. There is a shared kitchen with a dining table and small sofa area, main bathroom upstairs and second toilet downstairs. The flat is up a flight of stairs on the top floor in an ex-council block, with parking available to request.

The room will come with the bed and built-in shelving, I will be taking my desk and tall Ikea shelf unit. It is a four bed property with one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs, this room is the smallest. Any questions please message me!
