Hi everyone! I’m a KCL student looking for a student replacement to take over my ensuite room at Urbanest Tower Bridge (EC3N 1JJ). I recently decided to live with friends instead, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room through an official contract transfer with Urbanest.

Room & Tenancy Details:

• Room: Private 1-bed ensuite room (approx. 12m²)
• Bathroom: Your own private ensuite bathroom
• Kitchen/Living Area: Shared with 5 other flatmates
• Rent: £413/week, with all bills included (WiFi, water, electricity and heating)
• Tenancy: 50 weeks, ending 20 August 2027
• Move-in: Available immediately
• Eligibility: Students only

About the room:
You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, while sharing a kitchen/living space with five other students. It’s a good option if you want the privacy of an ensuite while still having a communal space to meet and live with other students.

📍 Location & Transport:

Urbanest Tower Bridge is very centrally located, with Tower Hill and Aldgate stations around a 4-minute walk away and Aldgate East also nearby.

• KCL Strand: 15 mins by Tube
• KCL Guy’s: 16 mins by bus / 25 mins walking
• LSE: 20 mins by Tube
• UCL: 20 mins by Tube
• QMUL: 15–20 mins to Whitechapel / 20 mins to Mile End

🛒 Nearby:

Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Co-op are all within walking distance (less than 5 mins), alongside plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs. The accommodation is also just a few minutes from Tower Bridge and the Thames.
