A lovely and peaceful double room overlooking gardens to rent to a female in my light and airy home in Tufnell Park. The flat is on the 4th floor and has three levels and two bedrooms.

🚪About the room:

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It's a purpose built flat in a gated community with lots of trees away from the main road. It’s very peaceful for sleeping in. There are landscaped gardens and nice views with trees.

📍About the location:

It’s a quiet environment away from roads and the windows are big.

The flat is easily accessible, 12 minutes walk to Fortress Road, Tufnell Park station and Holloway Road. Easy access cross to central London by bus (20 minutes). There are excellent shops, cafes, bars, a yoga centre, gyms and lots of restaurants nearby.

🏡 About the flat:

There’s a bright bathroom with a shower, white wood panelled bath, a separate WC and a big living room with large windows.
The kitchen is well fitted with a washer drier, fridge/freezer and dining table.

I'm a professional musician/composer and I teach young children away from home. I’m respectful, considerate, independent and friendly. I have enjoyed sharing my space in the last few years.

I very much have my own life and would like to share with someone who will be kind, friendly and who has their own interests. As I’m often working at home I prefer someone who is mostly out during the day, though I’d be open to someone who works from home part of the time.
