The flat has been recently refurbished and is on the top floor of a Victorian Terrace House. Located on a tree-lined residential Cul-de-sac Street.

The flat is a 5-7-minute walk from Tufnell Park Tube Station, zone 2 on the Northern Line providing fast access to the City and Central London. 10-minute walk to Kentish town, a 15/20-minute walk to Camden Town & Holloway, and a 10-minute walk to Upper Holloway Overground for direct trains to Shoreditch and East London.

There are several supermarkets nearby such as Sainsbury's Local 5mins walk. Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, etc on Holloway Road. Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury's in Camden Town.

There are lovely pubs, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Hampstead Heath is a 15/20-minute walk from the flat, a great retreat from our busy urban life.
